Our Structure
TDO and TDO Management Company are sister companies with the same Board composition, management structure and processes. The two companies work seamlessly together to provide a full range of services to our clients.
The Associates of the Group of The Directors’ Office are Patrick Zurstrassen (President), Mark DeLeye, Robert DeNormandie, Arnaud Dubois, Richard Goddard, Bernard Herman and Yves Wagner. Together the Associates represent over 200 years of experience in the financial sector, with specific expertise in asset management, fund operations, legal / regulatory requirements, as well as audit and control activities in Europe, the USA and Asia.
The Boards of the two companies are composed of Patrick Zurstrassen (President), Agnès Laruelle, Géry Daeninck, Arnaud Dubois, Robert DeNormandie, Daniela Klasén-Martin and Yves Wagner.
The Executive Committee of The Group of The Directors’ Office is made up of our President, Patrick Zurstrassen, our Managing Director, Daniela Klasén-Martin, who is responsible for general management and strategy of the company, the Chief Financial Officer, Agnès Laruelle, who is responsible for company secretariat, finance and administration and our Sales and Marketing Manager, Britta Borneff.
Our highly qualified, multi-lingual Risk Managers, who are responsible for the collection, collation, production and interpretation of risk management data and reports, include CFA and GARP holders.
The Group of The Directors’ Office is focussed on efficiency and cost effectiveness. We have a staff of high quality, experienced professionals with extensive experience in the mutual funds arena. We offer the proven ability to work with multiple providers and have well established relationships with all the main service providers and legal counsels in Luxembourg. All members of the board and of management speak English and French fluently with Dutch, German, Italian, Luxembourgish, Spanish and Swedish also being spoken in the Group.

The Boards of Mercuria Services S.A. & The Directors’ Office S.A. are delighted to
announce the upcoming merger of their companies to create a single entity called
MDO Services S.A. The shares of the new company will represent a 50:50 allocation
between Mercuria Services S.A. and The Directors’ Office S.A.’s existing
shareholders.

News from the Group The Directors' Office - CSSF issues Circular 07/308 on Risk Management & the Uses of Derivatives
On 2nd August 2007 the CSSF issued a key circular on financial risk management and the use of derivative instruments by UCITS. The Circular, which expands upon, clarifies and replaces Circular 05/176, is to be implemented by all UCITS vehicles by the end of this year at the latest. Read more...
